Patient Safety
Medical Simulator was founded in 1992, marking the beginning of our vision to improve healthcare training through simulation technology. when our vision of enhancing healthcare education through simulation technology was born.
In addition to working with the most appropriate and advanced simulation technology, we are able to meet the needs of any training project, providing complete turnkey solutions for all institutions involved in health training.
Our daily effort for more than 30 years to offer better services and learning from our customers has led us to become the leaders in the sector in Spain and Portugal, achieving alliances with world leaders and expanding our borders to several countries, where Medical Simulator is becoming a reference as a partner for any training project related to clinical simulation.
Patient safety and the rapid advancements in medicine are two constant challenges the healthcare sector is currently facing. Overcoming these challenges, putting people at the center as the final recipients of our work, forces us to be at the forefront of technological development through RDI. This culture of innovation has led us to be the first and only Spanish company fully specialized in medical simulation that is developing pioneering solutions at an international level.
Having the right equipment to treat critically ill patients in remote situations is crucial to keep them alive. Through Medical Simulator Emergency Response (MSER) we are working excellence in emergency response by offering the complete solution of equipment, training and simulation in tactical and emergency and disaster medicine with the objective of improving survival outcomes and operational efficiency.

1992 - Company foundation
Medical Simulator was founded in Madrid, Spain
1992 / 2010 - Partnerships
Partnerships with global industry leaders such as Elevate Healthcare, Limbs & Things, VirtaMed, and others.
2016 - “Turnkey Projects”
Creation of the first Integrated Clinical Simulation Center in Madrid (UFV)
2018 - Innovation
Awarded the first Innovative SME Seal by the Ministry of Science and Innovation of the Government of Spain
2018 - Awards
Quality Innovation Award (QIA). Medical Simulator awarded in the SME category for the creation of a hybrid hemorrhage control simulator.
2019 - Medical Simulator Emergency Response
The Medical Simulator Emergency Response division is launched
2020 - Our solutions
The first units of Hybrids VITA and Winco Pro are now in simulation centers.
2021 - ECMO
Hybrids Vita, the advanced ECMO simulator, is used for the first time in joint EuroELSO and ESICM workshops
2023 - Innovation
New Innovative SME Seal granted by the Ministry of Science and Innovation of the Government of Spain
